Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in (the top icon on
the navigation rail, at /). It is a read-only overview of your fleet and your
content delivery. The only action on the page is Create campaign in the
header — everything else is a summary that links you to the screen where you can
act.
Read the four metric tiles
Section titled “Read the four metric tiles”The row of four tiles summarises your workspace:
- Devices — how many screens you have enrolled; the small line beneath shows how many are online right now. Opens Devices.
- Active campaigns — how many campaigns are currently in the active state; the line beneath shows your total number of campaigns.
- Storage — the total size of everything in your content library; the line beneath shows the number of files.
- Content — how many content items you have; the line beneath shows how many have finished processing and are Ready to publish.
Each number is computed live from your fleet, campaigns, and content — there is nothing to configure here.
Follow your content to the screens: the delivery funnel
Section titled “Follow your content to the screens: the delivery funnel”The Delivery status funnel has three stages that follow a campaign from publish to playback:
- Published — the number of campaigns currently active (published and within their schedule).
- Downloaded — shown as converged / assigned. “Assigned” counts the screens that have a campaign directed at them; “converged” counts how many of those screens have finished downloading and are running exactly the content you published.
- Playback verified — shown as playing / assigned. This counts the screens that are right now reporting that they are playing.
Act on “Needs attention”
Section titled “Act on “Needs attention””The Needs attention card lists screens that need a look:
- offline — the screen has stopped checking in (its heartbeat lease lapsed).
- syncing manifest — the screen is online but still downloading the content assigned to it.
- health check needed — the screen is online but reporting a problem.
When every screen is healthy, the card shows a single All clear line.
Create a campaign from the dashboard
Section titled “Create a campaign from the dashboard”Create campaign in the page header opens a small dialog that asks for a Campaign name and a Timezone, and creates a draft campaign. After it is created the Dashboard tiles refresh so the new campaign is reflected.
This is a shortcut. For the full campaign-building flow — content, screens, and schedule — see Launch your first campaign and the campaign editor.
