Create an account and sign in

You reach the Manager at its sign-in screen. From here you can sign in, create a new workspace, or recover a forgotten password.

  1. On the sign-in screen, switch to the Create account tab.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Workspace name — the name of your organization.
    • Email and Password — the password must be at least 12 characters (the helper text says so).
    • Phone (optional) — a contact number, if you want to add one.
    • Language — the default language for the new workspace.
    • I accept the terms of service — the Create account button stays disabled until you tick this box.
  3. Press Create account.

After you submit, the screen shows a “check your inbox” notice with a Resend verification email button in case the first message never arrives.

Open the message from Media24 and click the verification link. It opens a page that confirms your email automatically and, on success, offers to continue to sign-in. If the link failed, the page offers Try again.

Enter your Email and Password and press Sign in. Your browser’s password manager can fill these in and offer to save them.

If your email is not yet verified, sign-in fails with the generic message Email or password is incorrect. — the same message you get for a wrong password. Finish verifying your email (use the Resend verification email button on the check-inbox notice if you need a new link), then sign in again.

  1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?.

  1. Enter your email and press Send reset link. You always get a neutral confirmation, whether or not the email is registered.

  1. Open the message from Media24 and click the reset link. It opens a page with a new password field (again at least 12 characters).

  1. Enter a new password and submit. A success panel confirms it, and you can sign in again.

If a colleague invites you to their workspace, you receive an invitation email. Open the message and click the link. It opens a page where you set your password and join the workspace; afterwards you sign in as usual.

The sign-in screen has its own language selector at the bottom of the card, so you can read it in Uzbek, Russian, or English before you even sign in.

The Manager uses real per-page URLs. If you open a Manager link while signed out, you land on the sign-in screen first and are returned to that exact page after you sign in.
